Kenneth Stecker Visits Northern Michigan: Update on Mi Marihuana Laws

On April 18, 223 Kenneth Stecker; Michigan Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutor, visited northern Michigan to give updates on Michigan’s Marihuana laws. The presentation was hosted by North Central Michigan College at the conference center. Ken provided education surrounding the legal provisions of medical and recreational marihuana, educated participants about the legal and societal implications of driving under the influence of marijuana, and educated participants to distinguish between the various Acts and Bills surrounding industrial hemp, medical marihuana, and recreational marihuana
