Parent-Teen Contract

From a parent’s perspective, a parent–teen contract is about trust and teamwork. It creates clear expectations around staying substance-free while encouraging open, honest conversations. By agreeing on boundaries together, teens feel respected and parents feel reassured, making it easier to support healthy, confident choices.
